1.When will my order ship?
As soon as your order is placed it is processed within 24 hours.

2.When will I receive my order?
Your order to be with you in 6-9 business days.
Customized products normally take 10-14 days to be delivered out side of Hk and mainland China.
*PLEASE NOTE due to high demand during Christmas, logistics may be relatively delayed.

3.What are the international taxes, duties, shipping etc. that I have to pay?
Taxes, duties, shipping fees are free.

4.What are the shipping options?
We partner with the best shipping companies like Fedex, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc to get your orders delivered in the fastest possible way.

5.What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jennyang.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

6.How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a magical tracking number. There will also be a link you can click to track your order easily.

If you haven’t receive a shipping email yet, your order is still being processed. Please be patient as our fulfillment team works tirelessly to get your order shipped.

7.What do I do if I never received my order?
Please give the tracking number time to update. If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 15 business days, please contact us immediately so we can solve the issue.
